职位描述
Job purpose:
Be responsible for customer service daily supervision, including call center service level, to enhance professional service for consumers and clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle nutritional enquiries of consumers which are transferred from call center
2. Handle complaints from consumers/clients basing on the fact that investigated with pet owners, POS, clinics, breeders or DTR
3. Record all cases into VITAL system and follow treatment team’s suggestion to give final answer to consumers
4. Cooperate with sales/logistical/marketing department while dealing with complaints
5. Prepare Customer Care related materials and training to call center
6. Other projects related to Customer Care
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree on Veterinary Science
2. At least 1 year working experiences, vet clinic working experience is preferred
3. Good inter-personal and communication skill
4. Customer driven mindset
5. Work under pressure
6. Good English and PC skills
7. Self motivation and well organize

5. Dealing with ambiguity
