Responsibility

1. Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing
opportunities and plans.
2. To research each market in this region and finding potential customers
3. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
4. Identify, lead and manage our product introduction process for this region.
5. To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
6. Develops plans to ensure revenue growth in our products.
7. Develops and maintains relationships with existing and potential customers by means of visiting the customer facility or contacting directly via phone.
8. Contact customers and conduct on-going analysis of competition’s pricing actions, sales volume and trend.
9. Discuss problems with customers, answer questions and present “win-win” solutions.
10. Secures opportunities to quote on customer requirements and follow up on those quotations presented.
11. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
12. Protects organization’s value and customer’s value by keeping information confidential
13. Establish and maintain close working relationships with internal departments and companies such as manufacturing, R&D and quality.


Requirements:
1. Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;
2. Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skill;
3. Can work in high pressure;
4. Full of curiosity, challenge mind
5. Self-motivated and self-management, result oriented


Education and skill requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Textile Engineering and Trading or Sales with 5 years related experience.
2. Approximately several years of sales experience in the material or fabric industry.
3. Excellent team work spirit & communication ability.
4. If applicable, a willingness to travel and work in a global team.
5. Fluent English both in writing and speaking is a must, Japanese better.
