Main Responsibilities:

Develop and manage business with existing customer (China OEM in Brazil)

Responsible for quotation preparation for the customer in agreement with local and global Business Unit Management

Coordination with Brazil Sales and Project Management activities

Negotiation of prices and contracts with customer

Commercial monitoring and control of projects (cost, price, sales, earnings)

Contract review/coordination

Generation of business plans and data; reporting to Business Unit Manager

Establishing and active maintaining of customer relations

Acquisition of new contracts and business in accordance with business plans

Internal transfer of customer-specific information/data to relevant departments (Project Management, Engineering, Production, Quality) on local and global base

Responsibility for VA/VE and other cost cutting programs of customer

Personality & Skill Requirements:

Bachelor-/Master degree in commercial/economic discipline or degree in engineering with business management skills

Practical experience with Sales and Project Management

Practical experience in automotive industry

Highly customer focused, performance and result oriented, cross functional thinking

Reliability

Fitness and willingness to travel, flexibility

Practical experience with MS Office Applications (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

Communication Skills:

External :

Very good communication skills

Establishing and active maintaining of customer relations

Business fluent Chinese and English language (reading, speaking, writing)

Portuguese language of advantage

Internal :

Very good communication skills, teamplayer, close and regular communication with sister companies local and global

Internal transfer of customer-specific information/data to relevant departments (Project Management, Engineering, Production, Quality) on local and global base
