2.Salary:9-10K(pre-tax)

3.Job discription:

*Provide day-day coorination and technical direction to the HP technical support team on the test.

*Back-up to the ADM, In this role the ATL provides a solution to a single-piont of failure in a program

*Ensures that the team is delivering to the customer requiements and service leverls(SLAs)

*Understands the customers'business goals and how our technnlogy support them.

*Along with the Account Delivery Manager and Client Manager, is part of HP management team that works with the customer to be sure HP is deliverin to the contract.

*Responsible for the implementation and practice of change mangement.

*Responsible for problem and incident management and the other key operational process and tools.

*Provides the technical team with direction and guidance to process improvement and establishing polices.

*When assigned ta an incoming program,practicipates with Deployment group in the implementation of the new environment.

*Represents delivery capabilities to solution/problem Architects to ensure solution sold is supportable.

*Deliver the technology.Understand the customer'bussiness gold then champion the right technology to meet these golds.

*Provides deep lever support for incident/problem management and leads delivery escalations far assigned customers.

*Provides technical leadship and customer consulting for large or complex change mangement activities and works with soution architects to craft and propose technical enhancements in the customer's environment.

*Work on complex problems/projects where analysis of date requires an in-depth .

4.evalution of multiple factors

*Provides mentorng and guidance to junior team members.

*Owns/manages IMS/ITO initiated Account Reviews focused on delivery.Ensures that all IMS Towers participate in date collection as well as any recommended actions.

*Reviews and manages the amount of labor being expended on behalf of the Account by ISM/ITO delivery resources, Ensures that all OMEGA charge by Tower are legitimate and accurate based on "run" activities occurring on the account,Ensures that ADM/CM understand the charges and accept them into cost of sales.

5.Qualifications

Computing or similar subject related degree

Interpersonal sensitivity and customer resonsiveness

Leadship skill

Excellent knowledge of the IT envirement and its future trend

Ability to communicate complex technical contents plainly and simply

Strong consulting shills,flexbility and resourcefulness

Project coordination /management skills
