职位描述
- From IC LMV/BT/SG Sales, Siemens are looking to recruit an experienced EA channel manager. The mission is to lead China EA business sustainable growth through channel development.
What are my responsibilities?
- develop EA channel management, policy (with BU together) and coverage,
- optimize channel development process
- monitor channel business monthly / quarterly performance and improve channel productivity as well as efficiency ,
- improve channel synergy with Siemens internal BU
- settle conflicts between channels and violation of channel policy
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Basic technical know how on power automation products and solutions, mainly protection relay and control units, RTU, meter etc.
- at least 3 years working experience on managing channel business;
- Multination company working experience is preferred;
- Ambitious and aggressive to develop long term business, be able to coordinate on multiple interests and make fair decisions.

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter, results oriented, and energizing
- Working in virtual teams
