AP Event Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Communication Plans according to company strategy, sales objectives and available resources;
Establish the work process and networking between headquarters, AP level and AP markets
Develop and execute trade shows and customer events in creative and innovative concept with the team at headquarters and AP markets;
Maintain the relationship with related association an government;
Provide high-quality event marketing services to clients;
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders;
Lead internal and external team to propose, plan and implement events;
Develop SOP and operational guideline for event processes;
Event management and budget control;
Leads generation;
Vendor management and evaluation
Requirements:
5+ years (or plus) of experience in event management, especially in car show field. 3 year as a project leader.
Excellent event execution abilities and understanding of car show event processes, technologies and resources.
Good time management, coordination and communication skills.
University degree or above.
Fluent in spoken & writing English
