Job Description:

-Execute bookings and pick-up arrangement.

-Check and verify correctness of received shipping and clearance documents.

-Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention by profiding timely, friendly and excellent customer service.

-Inform supervisors of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on sbucontractors‘ standards and services.

-To take up additional tasks as assigned.

- Back up for other team members when necessary.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar position at foreight forwarding companines.

- Good English in reading and writing, knowledge of ocean export

- Good communication skills

- Patient & willing to help, high Responsibility attitude

- Good learning ability, can be work independently under pressure, strong team spirit

- College degree or above
