Ataway is growing and dynamic consulting firm specializing in wide range of services including global system and process implementation, outsourced development, etc…

Ataway is currently recruiting BPM consultants to help grow its current BPM arm in China.

The successful candidate will have a good functional and technical knowledge of at least one BPM technology (Agile Point, Global 360, K2, etc) and good knowledge of process implementation methodologies.

The role will involve requirement definition, specification, design and development, testing and support. The right candidate will also be given a central role in developing Ataway’s BPM practice in China.

Major Responsibilities:

Participate in BPM implementation projects for Ataway client: · Liaise with client to understand technical framework and requirements · Prepare and define business requirements, formulate and design adequate solution · Develop and test BPM applications in line with defined requirements · Define and execute testing plan Ataway BPM practice development: · Internal development of BPM capability (training, infrastructure, etc) · Collaborate with other Ataway offices in other countries to provide offshore support Requirements: · Good Experience in BPM application implementations (at least 2 years) · Excellent technical skills with Sharepoint and .Net technologies · Good knowledge of 3 tier architecture · Good knowledge of MS SQL Server (v2005+) · At least 1 full life cycle implementation · MUST have relevant experience with BMP projects (K2 preferred) · Able to work independently with minimum supervision · Posses good communication and team building skills · Fluent English speaker · Preference will be given to certified professionals
