为加速ATAWAY在中国的业务发展,我们公开招聘销售经理一名,期望的候选人应具备对于主流ERP产品(如:SAP, Oracle等)服务项目的销售能力, 能够与主要ERP厂商建立良好的合作伙伴关系, 开发潜在客户,同时与现有客户保持良好的合作关系,推动公司ERP服务团队在中国的快速增长。


- 负责ERP产品咨询服务在中国地区的销售

- 在透彻理解相关解决方案的基础上向客户销售ERP功能及技术服务项目,以此而实现销售增长,同时管理本地客户,负责项目的毛益率计算及控制

- 制订销售计划, 开拓所属区域内的客户资源,扩大市场份额

- 与ERP厂商紧密合作,同时关注并汇报竞争对手的动向

- 思想成熟,密切发展和关键客户的沟通,能够胜任工作所需的出差和其他相应的要求

- 良好的语言表达能力,良好的英语听说读写能力
- 能够进行电话销售,按时完成每月的销售预测报告


我们希望您拥有下列资质:

- 五年以上ERP产品服务及企业应用软件服务的销售工作经验
- 计算机信息科技或是其他相关专业学士学位, 良好的中英文能力
- 面向大客户和高科技行业的销售经验
- 良好的沟通技巧,能够服务于不同行业的客户,能够与客户高级管理层充分沟通

- 良好的商务文件书写能力(如商务会议纪要等),优秀的沟通及人际交往能力和商务技能,强烈的学习欲望

- 深刻了解企业应用软件行业,熟悉国内及国外ERP市场

- 熟练运用Office 软件
- 能够建立及培育长期的客户关系网



Job Description:

In order to accelerate the business development in China and Asia region, Ataway Shanghai is recruiting a Sales Manager to lead the sales of ERP services on both functional and technical aspects, build partnership with major ERP editors (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.), build solid partnership with our clients, generate sales opportunities, and maintain existing accounts to achieve the target of growth in China.

· Responsible of Ataway Shanghai business development in China .

· Establish business plan and quarterly target of sales, attend weekly business manager meeting of Asia and Europe region, be responsible on BM P&L, follow up and update business plan status.

· Arrange and co-work with presales resources, use presales resources in an efficient way.

· Lead the preparation of client proposals and support documents, present proposal to clients.

· Monitor competitors’ activity within the territory.

· Be able to develop relationships with key accounts, ability to do relevant travels and extra working hours.


We expect you to have the following qualifications:

· Requires having at least 5 years working experience, good track record of successful sales experience in China ERP market

· Bachelor degree or above

· Good English language skill

· Experience on making proposal in both English and Chinese, lead and organize the preparation of project proposal, present proposal to clients

· Excellent communication skill to deal with various levels of client personnel, especially with project sponsors, functional owners and client IT leaders

· Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills

· Solid understanding of the software industry, good and keen knowledge about the ERP market

· Good sense of follow up and periodical reporting
