Key Areas of Responsibilities (主要工作职责)

1、 关注公司业务动态，负责数据销售团队的数据检查及工作管理

2、 制作常规数据报表：周/月/季报、业绩表等

3、 针对公司业务进行需求调研、构建数据分析模型与方法论

4、能独立完成分析报告，对销售及相关数据进行分析、挖掘、制作数据报表、撰写评估分析报告，为业务发展提供决策支持

5. 有效管理，培训下属，定期工作回顾确保达成工作目标。

Job Specifications（职位需求）

1、全日制统招本科或以上，计算机、数学、统计、信息管理及相关专业优先

2、五年以上数据分析工作经验，2年以上管理经验优先

3、应用过Access/SQL/Oracle等任一种数据库，精通Excel，熟悉SQL

4、具有较强逻辑分析能力和数据敏感度，注重细节

5、能适应在压力下工作，学习能力强、责任心强、具有优秀的沟通表达、理解能力与团队合作能力

6、 良好的英文能力
