1 负责经销商管理部所有合同,协议,邮件,报告及内部机密文件。如销售指标,项目汇总表的归档,处理及管理
确保所有协议,合同内容符合公司所规定的标准并复核无误后发送到相关管理层签批。确保所有保密的文件内容不会外泄及系统化的归档管理。
2 响应及辅助经销商及区域经理的沟通,各类形式的投标工作配合,申请以及与内部相关部门和工厂的沟通及跟进工作。
有效支持及响应经销商提出的申请要求。确保申请的 合理,清晰,无误。需和内部其他部门协调后才有效率的交付给管理层签批。
3 汇总每周,每月全国潜在工程经销商及区域经理的报表,报告及ORDN统计及跟进工作。
确保每周,每月报表能准时呈交给管理层审阅。并对汇总的内容包括项目确保一定的准确性
4 对每季度,年度的经销商会议的筹备或各类性对外形式的演示工作的准备。
确保相关活动的细节及准备工作。确保做到完善无误
5 对相关销售或推广工作的支持,分配,跨区申请,协调。
负责及推动,协调相关工作能达到最有效的成绩。

Provide accurate and timely market, competitor, and industry research findings for strategic and operational decisions. Support the development and refinement of the Company's buying-selling-fulfilment models in light of competition.
