Work Location: Shanghai, Pudong (shuttle bus provided)

Reporting to: Assistant Manager, Technical & Process Management/E&I

People Management Responsibility: No

JOB OBJECTIVES:

To plan and execute E&I projects, manage and lead the execution of MOC items, make conceptual design for electrical power supply and low voltage distribution, and design & layout of E&I equipment, control systems and software.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.E&I project coordination, controlling, time scheduling and cost reporting

2.Support government approvals regarding E&I issues

3.Basic engineering and detailed activities

4.Do E&I cost estimates

5.Design main E&I equipment

6.Calculate electrical power demand, provide data sheets

7.Evaluate E&I safety aspects (labor safety, emissions, fire fighting, etc.)

8.Support document preparation for bidding, contractor evaluation and awarding

9.Support, review and assess detailed E&I design of local design institutes

10.Coordinate E&I activities between Elastogran and Regional Engineering Unit

11.Take care for a proper E&I project documentation, commissioning and start-up

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Bachelor degree or college degree in E&I related field or Process Automation

2.Min. 5 years of industry experience, ability to review P&ID

3.Siemens S7 Software know how

4.Good communication skills in English
