Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up MFG Corrective Actions aimed at test process/yield/quality improvements;
• Development and support production test equipment, test programs, and debugging processes for new products and releases to contract manufacturer;
• Work independently with product test engineers to verify and collect manufacturing test data for new products;
• Integrate new test programs and evaluate test yield;
• Provide technical support and train contract manufacturer technical personnel in the use and support of production test equipment, test programs, and debug processes to transfer new test hardware to production rapidly;
• Participate in product verification, product rollout, failure analysis, and yield improvement activities.
  

Job Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in IC or PCB module testing area with EE or technical bechalor.
• Strong experience with hands-on product characterization and device debugging on test equipment;
• Strong experience with product test software data collection task by using “Lab view” programming.
• Excellent skill to handle multiple projects on short deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a good communicator with good interpersonal skills, a team player, and an analytical thinker.
