Responsabilities

1,In according at the plant manager define the strategy of maintenance service

2,Responsible for a team include define the objectives for each member of the team and review the objective periodically.

3,Report at the plant manager the progress of the projects and the metrics

4,Drive or cooperate at the plant projects or department projects (Organization, technique, strategic)

5,Approve the preventive maintenance plan and share it with manufacturing engineer and HS&E

6,Check periodically the performance of the machine.

7,Check periodically the right applications of HS&E procedure during maintenance activity

8,Manage & controls engineering maintenance activity.

9,Periodically check the progress of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, for shop floor

and facilities.

Qualifications

1,Excellent leadership skills with experience of managing people

2,Minimum of 2 years in maitenance manager positons, and minimum of 2-3 years experience in a technical role and/or production department

3,Minimum Knowledge of electric/electronic/mechanical maintenance, TPM concept

4,Fluent English and 3rd European language as a plus.
