Basic Requirements :
a)Post secondary education or equivalent experience in relevant fields of material management, manufacturing processes, automotive systems, costing, costing system and analysis.
大学毕业或者在物料管理，生产程序，系统自动化，成本系统研究等方面有相关经验
b)Experience in managing medium/high volume production requirements.
熟悉管理中/高规模的生产需求
c)Familiar TS16949.
熟悉TS16949
d)Familiar with organizing and managing priorities, business equipment and problem solving techniques.
熟悉企业组织、管理、经济学，具备问题解决能力
e)Ability to read, write and speak English.
有英语听说读写能力
Key Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for purchasing all materials required and related issues.
负责公司物料采购及相关事宜
2. Develop new suppliers to reduce material cost.
开发新供应商，寻求材料成本降低途径
3. Develop purchasing plan according to customer requirements.
根据客户要求编制物料采购计划.
4. Issue PO for material, purchasing parts and production requirements to insure customer requirements can be met.
根据客户要求准备生产用材和外购件采购订单, 在订单批准后按期下单给供应商以满足时间要求.
5. Work with responsible person of the company to prepare and issue POs for required machinery, equipment, as well as projects required by the company.
和公司负责人一起准备订单, 经审批后下单购买公司所需机器，设备，及建立所需项目。
6. Work with AQP to prepare and issue equipment and tooling POs.
和AQP一起准备订单, 经审批后下单购买所需设备及工装夹具.
7. Work with maintenance and production to prepare and issue POs for tooling, spare parts, replacements, and so on.
和维修和生产有关人员一起准备订单, 经审批后下单购买所需工装夹具，产线及设备备件，及所需材料。
8. Work with quality to prepare and issue POs for measurement equipment, instruments, gauge, and testing equipment.
和质量部门有关人员一起准备订单, 经审批后下单购买所需测量设备，仪器，仪表，试验设备等。
9. Work with HR to prepare and issue POs for office supply, cleaning and labor protection materials .
和人力资源部门有关人员一起准备订单, 经审批后下单购买所需办公用品，清洁用品及劳保用品。
10. Work with quality to deal with unqualified parts from suppliers.
和质量部门有关人员一起处理外购件及材料质量问题。
11. Deal with suppliers for quality parts.
协调供应商确保买入材料质量。
12. Support new business quoting.
协助公司新项目报价活动。
13. Enter new parts in ERP
负责公司所有品号录入ERP系统
14. Supplier performance report
定期评估供应商， 制定供应商业绩考核表
15. Responsible for P-Parts imported customs clearance and related issues.
负责进口原料的清关及相关事宜
16. Follow all departmental and general procedures where applicable.
遵守部门和其他相关守则
17. Conform to TS16949 standards.
遵守TS16949 的相关规定
18. Work in a safe and efficient manner.
