职位描述
Position Overview:
Assist the department supervisor in performing services duties and invoicing to ensure the compliance with department work procedure and customer SOP.
Key Outcomes:
n Full compliance to department work procedure and customer SOP
n Achieve the standard of internal KPI
n Credit note kept to minimum
Position Accountabilities:
n Perform services duties (POD collection & uploading, trade declaration, subcontractor cost verification and license controlling) in a timely manner to ensure the operation process flow go smoothly and efficiently
n Execute the pre-shipment (ISAC applying and shipment no. creation) and post-shipments activities (consol document sorting, T&T events updating and master filing) in compliance with the department work procedure and customer SOP
n Coordinate all billing related issues for key accounts according to the customer SOP
n Liaise with oversea office on settling rate disputes according to customers’ tariff
n Support on the special billing work tasks with accuracy according to the customers’ requirement
n Invoicing to customers and inter-companies in compliance with the company guideline and rule
n Backup to the team in order to maintain the daily works in a stipulated standard
n Assist the team head to execute assigned jobs
n Undertake PO follow up in compliance with Customers’ requirements and make response in timely manners
n Provide door to door service including clearance and delivery as required.
n Track & trace for partial and irregular shipments and keep customers informed the status
n Be help desk to answer various inquiries from external and internal general customers
n Handle complaints and claims from customers and to co-ordinate exceptional cases with agents
n Implement billing process in accordance with customers’ requirements as well as company’s rule
n Verify the costs from subcontractors and confirm the booking to traffic accountants
n Monitor the job performance of the assistant of C/S agents to ensure quality of paper work
n Develop assistant of C/S agents in business knowledge and personal competence by coaching and training
n
Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
n Form 5 or above
n Minimum 1 year working experience in the freight forwarding industry
n Excellent typing skill
n Computer literate. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
n Fair written and spoken English

n Internal: Airfreight Operations / Ocean Operations / Sales / CS / Logistics / Accounting / Warehouse
