岗位职责

1、负责协助值班经理持续推进100%顾客满意行动；

2、负责甄别关于改善影城可见度及接近度的机会点，并加以改善；

3、负责配合总部及线上营销计划完成在地品牌推广工作；

4、负责执行影城内及所在商圈内的营销活动计划；

5、负责维护影城所有宣传推广界面，保证宣传推广的规范性及有效性。

任职资格

1、学历：大学专科及以上；

2、工作经验：有市场营销工作经验者优先；

3、基本能力素质：

① 基本素质：热爱电影、主动热情、亲和时尚，有较强的顾客意识；

② 基本能力：有较强的创新能力、沟通协调能力。

Responsibilities

1, Responsible for assisting the manager on duty to promote the“100% customer satisfaction” action;

2, Responsible for screening and improving the opportunity to improve cineplex visibility ;

3, Responsible for the local branding in coordinate with the headquarters and the online marketing plan;

4, Responsible for implementing the Cineplex marketing activities within the district;

5, Responsible for maintaining all promotional interface to ensure the specification and effectiveness of promotion.

Qualifications

1, Education: College degree or above;

2, work experience: Marketing experience is preferred;

3, basic competency:

① basic qualities: love movies, active and enthusiastic, affinity, fashion, strong customer awareness;

② basic capabilities: strong innovation ability, communication and coordination ability.
