岗位职责

1、负责为顾客提供快速、优质、周到的服务，持续推进100%顾客满意行动；

2、负责协助管理组执行影城内各类营销活动计划；

3、学习并熟练掌握训练内容及技巧，对服务组员工进行正确、高效的训练和发展；

4、负责协助管理组对服务组员工日常工作表现进行监督，并提供具体、正面、建设性的改进意见；

5、完成上级指派的其他工作。

任职资格

1、学历：大专及以上；

2、工作经验：有连锁行业、时尚娱乐零售行业工作经验者优先；

3、基本能力素质：

①基本素质：热爱电影、主动热情、有较强的顾客意识及责任心；

②基本能力：有较强的沟通表达能力、协调能力、团队合作能力及适应能力。

Responsibilities

1,Responsible for providing customers with fast, excellent quality service, continue to promote the “100% customer satisfaction “action;

2,Responsible for assisting the manage group in implementing various marketing activities;

3, Learning and mastering the training skills, train and develop the service group employees properly and efficiently;

4,Responsible for assisting the management group in supervising the performance of the service group and provide concrete, positive, constructive suggestions for improvement;

5,Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

1 Education: College degree or above;

2, Work experience: Work experience in chain industry, fashion and entertainment retailing industry is preferred;

3, basic competency:

① basic qualities: love movies, active and enthusiastic, strong customer awareness and sense of responsibility;

② basic capabilities: strong skills of communication , coordination, teamwork and adaptability.
