Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for customer satisfaction on logistic service, contact window of customer
logistics.
2. Mange customer service team and control customer service KPI. OTTR, demand accuracy
etc.
3. Key user of SAP SD module, Implementing and operating in SAP system in SD module for
order processing,
4. Fulfill and track customers orders, make sure on time delivery to customer request ( OTTR)
5. Demand forecast accuracy winner through work with sale team & customers. Analysis
demand variation and trend regularly.
6. Coordinate with MPS, track demand and order fulfill status, communicate with MPS and
customer if any constraints existing, set order’s priority.
7. Work close with WH, place shipping Schedule. follow up delivery with shipping line &
forwarder until to door of customer.
8. Work close with global customer service team, feedback plant demand status,
communicate global demand and customer status.
9. Coordinate with customer, Fin, WH, to track customer payment status.
10. Quick reaction for any customers demand variance and communicate with customer in
terms of any delivery & demand change, do best to fulfill customer’s demand.
11. Responsible any customer complaint in term of the logistic and follow RCA in internal feedback to customers

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years supply chain working experience, 2 years customer service or production
planning experience.
2. At lease 1 year team management experience.
3. Experience with wholly owned foreign enterprise. Automotive industry experience is plus.
4. College above. Business or administration Major is preferred
