Summary of Position:
1. Manage the disty channel and support them to acheive the reveneue goal in Chongqin, leading the design actitives with them.
2.Manage sales routines of Disty with Internal parties [Marketing, CS, FAE, Finance] in Pricing, Backlog management, Sample, Quality, Finance. And problem solving.
3.Reporting - Presentation for Monthly / Quarterly Review for Disty / Management. Forecast & Design-In_Win monthly update.
4.Externally, conduct customer visits for key & major, as well as new potential customers, to understand / kill Competition to capture market share. Update customer profiles (TAM / SAM / Share) to seek for area for growth.
5.Define sales strategies with Disty for new market exploration, base on Disty technical expertise & market intelligence. Mobilize Marketing & Disty for New Product promotional campaign for market attack.

Required knowledge,skills,abilities:
1.Data compilation & analytic skill,
2.Capable of working independently.
3.With good written & spoken English.
4.With pleasant personality and persuasive power will be an advantage.

Required education and experience:
1. Achelor Degree holder major in engineering;
2. At least 3-5 years of sales or FAE experience in Semiconductor industry; wellknow Chongqin market.
