职位描述:

岗位职责：
1、接听客户关于设备保养需求及备品备件询价的咨询电话，及时与售后工程师和相关部门沟通；协调保修期内、保修期外的上门维修安排。
2、对出库的备品备件做统计，负责维修服务的报价、备品备件的报价，发货、开票等事宜。
3、紧急事件及时跟进，记录，反馈。
4、完善维修系统工作单； 整理维修记录，统计月、年汇总报表。
5、领导交办的其他事宜。

岗位要求：
1、熟练使用Office 软件，
2、优秀的沟通和协调能力。
3、计划性、执行能力强。
4、良好地服务意识，敬业精神及工作热情。
5、三年以上相关工作经验。
6、基本的英语听说读写能力。
