主要职责：

1、完成公司各类执照办理、换证和年检等。

2、公司文件的管理，并协助公司ISO9001和ISO14001内外部审核工作。

3、各类会议培训和客户接待的策划、筹备及安排，并管理好具体的事务性工作。

4、公司印信管理，包括公司章、总经理章的刻制、监印和介绍信的签发和登记。

5、负责部门章的刻制办理。

6、完成领导交办的其他工作。

资格条件：

1. 教育：

●专科以上学历；

2. 经验水准：

●二年行政工作经验；

●熟悉ISO9001和ISO14001内外部审核；

3．专业知识与技能：

●具好良好的沟通能力；

●有敬业精神，能承受工作压力；

●具有很好的团队精神；

●具备熟练的电脑操作能力。

●礼貌待人，大方得体、工作细致。
