Job Description:

Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (ISSI) is a public listed (NASDAQ) fabless semiconductor company engaged in the design and marketing of integrated circuits. The company primary products include SRAM, DRAM, NOR Flash and analog and mixed signal integrated circuits. We are currently looking for a Senior Internal Auditor. The individual will report to the Head of Internal Audit in the U.S., and will be responsible for audit engagements and Sarbanes Oxley internal controls testing in Asia.

Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

1.Assist with the evaluation of the systems of internal control and risk management by performing operational, compliance and financial audits.

2.Assist in the planning and execution of special projects as assigned by the Audit Committee and/or senior management.

3.Perform internal control testing and evaluation of Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 requirements.

4.Conduct audits to verify accuracy of records, compliance with standards, policies and procedures.

5.Conduct research related to accounting and auditing rules, standards and practices.

6.Travel to other ISSI's locations for audit engagements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree in finance or accountancy

2.MBA, CPA or CIA preferred (or actively pursuing)

3.Financial audit experience

4.At least 4 years of relevant working experience preferably in a semiconductor company

5.Ability to travel in the region.

6.Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.

7.Ability to work independently.

8.Good in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

9.Experience working with ERP systems.
