Responsibilities
1, Responsible for annual labor and overhead rate calculation, and standard cost roll-up
2, Responsible for cost variance analysis (PPV, manufacturing variance etc.)
3, Product profitability analysis, support NPI financials and RFQ
4,Involve in inventory management: analyze and drive down scrap, E&O & ITO, take part in stocktaking, approve result analysis and stock adjustments
5,Responsible for conversion cost analysis and outlook, coordinate and drive the cost saving projects execution, provide effective suggestions on the cost reduction
6,Prepare conversion cost report
7,Responsible for inventory accounts reconciliation,monthly manufacturing absorption calculation
8, Support monthly rolling forecast,annual budget preparation,internal and external audit
9, Work with engineering function improve routing and BOM accuracy
10, Responsible for quality cost report preparation and analysis,internal order creation, settlement and close
11,Responsible for variance calculation, settlement and closure for protoplant production order
12,Responsible for variance calculation and settlement for cost collector

Qualification

1, Associate Degree or above, with major in Economics or Accounting or Finance.

2,1 years or above finance or accounting experience in MNE

3,Good understanding of cost accounting, dispute resolution

4,Result oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills & the ability to handle multiple tasks;

5,Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Knowledge of fully integrated ERP system, SAP highly desirable.
