Responsibilities

1,Responsible to manage the New Product Introduction / Launch including Pre-production planning(Timing, Cost, Capability)

2,Accountable to define process parameters for all Manufacturinhg processes in collaboration with ME Experts

3,Driving and Support of Product Excellence Process

4,Responsible for SOS / Working instructions

5,Define operator training to secure the structured change from NPI to seriel production

6,Lead continuous improvement of manufacturing processes/equipment

7, Support for calculation of new programs / Collaborates with Global AME NPI organisation

8, Support day to day operations and shopfloor improvements as part of the Honeywell Operating System organization.

9,Collaborates with all ISC function, HS&E, Finance and HR.

Qualifications

1,Bachelor's degree in Engineering, method, chemical or mechanical Engineering background preferred.

2,At least 5 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering and New Product Introduction,at least 2 years experience in leadership and managing of complex projects.

3,Strong background in implementing new programs

4,High knowledge and skills in Manufacturing Processes in the automotive industry.

5,Success in leading multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, making sound decisions and working effectively in a highly technical, team environment.
