Roles & Responsibilities

• The Panel Assembly Engineer (PAE) is responsible for assembling the panels according to the engineering drawings and the related standards.

屏柜组装工程师（PAE）负责按工程图纸和相关标准进行屏柜组装

• Manage and monitor the assembly workers properly, ensure the assembled panels in satisfied quality and delivery on time.

正确地管理并监督组装工人，保证组装屏柜的质量并按时交货

• Support and help the panel testing engineers to make and execute the panel testing plan and FAT plan.

支持和帮助测试工程师制定并完成测试计划及出厂验收工作

• Coordinate with technical support team and other related departments for any designing/components mistakes correction.

与技术支持团队和其他相关部门协调纠正任何设计或元件错误

• Responsible for EHS monitoring and controlling of related persons during whole in factory assembling, moving and shipping period.

在整个厂内组装、移动和出货过程中监督、管理相关人员保证符合EHS要求。

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Power Engineering

机械、电气、电力工程学士或以上学位。

• Fluent Mandarin & English

普通话及英语流利

• Related background in panel assembly

相关组屏工作背景。

• Minimum 3 years in related field

至少3年相关工作经验

• Ability to execute and influence in a matrix organization structure

有能力执行和影响矩阵管理组织。

• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), well-established organizational and presentation skills

良好的沟通技巧（书写和口头表达），良好的组织能力和演讲技巧

• Ability to communicate with all internal business levels and all levels of external customers

与不同层级的内外部业务及客户的沟通能力。

• Team Player and self-starter with demonstrated problem solving and organization networking capabilities and the ability to operate without detailed work direction

良好的团队合作精神，积极主动，展示解决问题能力，建立人脉网络能力和在无明确指导下的工作能力。
