Basic Function
Under the supervision of ESS Manager, ESS in Sigma China, the incumbent is responsible for:
1.Contact with overseas customers and factory to ensure customer needed spare part was delivered quickly.
2.Enhance the customers' satisfaction and achieve the Part Order business target.
Duties & Responsibilities
1.Check overseas customers' inquiry based on drawing and system, and offer price in time.
2. Collaborate both internally (Logistics, Purchase, SPC and CE) and externally (Client, Distributors, agents) to ensure the fulfillment of Part Order contract.
3.Monitor Part Order process to ensure on-time delivery.
4.Meet and exceed customer's satisfaction by offering excellent service in a good manner.
5.Facilitate ACE implement as to improve work quality and efficiency.
6.Attend EH&S training to ensure work in safe.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.At least 1 year mechanic working experience.
3.Excellent communication skills
4.Fluency in English spoken and written.
5.Customer-oriented thinking & team spirit.
