职位描述
Job activities
Handle the inbound calls to address customer's request/inquires about the airline product.
Activities include but not limited to flight schedule, fares, seat assignments, ticket refund and exchanges;
Make reservation and promoting airline produce;
Proceed the requests under system and follow up with passengers;
Make outbound calls to passengers when there is a flight chance or cancel;
Handle escalations.
Job responsibility
"Provide highest level of services to customers and answer their enquiries;
Proceed the request from customers in a timely manner and follow up;
To support team leader to ensure team reach the target;
Adherence to team's shift plan and compliant to the policy;
Assist team leader on the administrative tasks when necessary;
Meet the individual target including the attendance, AHT, Customer satisfation, quality and etc;
Maintain pleasant team environment;
Perform tasks requested by supervisor or manager require
Bachelor degree
Be proficient in use of MS Office applications/web based tools.
Call center or travel industry working experience is preferred"
Be proficient in both spoken and written Korean; Korean Chinese or TOPIK lvl 4 above; oversea experience preferred
Good Regional language skills in verbal as well as written;
Problem Solving / Decision Making. (Ability to make decisions & approach);
Execution (Quality, speed of execution and commitment to deadlines);
Teamwork (Effectiveness of individual in a team play environment);
Communications skills (Ability to express themselve, ideas)
