主要职责

Major responsibility

该职位向副总经理-市场营销汇报，负责公司产品的宣传推广及品牌管理，利用高效的宣传手段，确保正确的信息传达至市场，促进业务的增长。

Reporting to Deputy General Manager-Sales & Marketing, this job accounts for company communications, products promotion, and branding management. By effective marketing plan and execution, this job is to ensure right message is delivered and business growth is driven.

具体工作内容Detail working scope

· 基于公司战略制定市场推广策略；

Formulate marketing promotion strategy based on company’s strategy.

· 搜集、分析行业发展态势、方向及竞争对手的讯息，供公司进行相关决策的参考。

Colleting and analyze automation industry trend, direction and competitor’s marketing status, to provide relevant reference for decision making.

· 利用适当宣传媒介，提升公司品牌形象及知名度，发展包括与新兴媒体，有影响力的杂志及报刊等的公共关系，确保满足公司的业务增长需要；

· Enhance market position and visibility, develop public relationship, incl. major news agency, influential industry magazines, newspapers, etc. to meet the business growth needs;

· 负责产品宣传资料制作/网站建设/展会等市场推广；

Own marketing literature, develop brochures, websites and promoting conference.

· 客户体验中心负责人，带领市场团队提供具有吸引力的关于公司，产品和解决方案的提议，根据客户背景和需求维护和更新客户体验；

Owner of Customer Experience Center, Lead marketing team to provide attractive proposal of company, product and solution by maintaining and updating customer experience center according to customer background and needs.

· 参与行业协会活动，充分利用行业渗透提升公司形象，拉动产品需求；

Develop relationship with influential industrial associations and identify beneficial leverages;

所需技能Required skills

- 5年以上电气行业年市场及推广相关工作经验；独立组织大型活动的能力及经验；

5 yrs of marketing communication and Promotion experience in electrical industry; experience in organizing large scale customer events;

- 现有良好的媒介关系；

Existing good relationship with Medias or PR agency;

- 积极主动的工作态度，创新精神，及执行力。

Pro-active, innovative and enthusiastic to deliver results;

- 良好的语言沟通能力以及写作能力;

- Good English spoken and written skills is a must;

- 良好的IT应用能力，掌握现代通讯媒介及工具.

Good computer, IT, modern media skills.

- 具备控制保护行业背景者优先考虑
