Position: Team Leader, Development
Job Duties:
The job holder will have to perform the following duties:
－Feasibility study, project estimation and planning, requirement analysis,
－Act as leader role to monitor and review the team’s delivery and ensure the quality objective is met
－Ensure proper project communication and coordination among team members
－Communicate with HK/GLTc team leader regarding project progress, resolve issues related to project delivery
Candidate Specifications:
－Clear writing and verbal communication in English
－Strong communication skill and open mind-set.
－Good understanding of standard software development lifecycle and strong documentation skills
－Solid skills in Java, Unix/Linux, Websphere Application Servers, knowledge on IBM MQ and SAS is advantage
－Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative
－Ability to work flexibly and take responsibility for all areas of work as required
－Enthusiasm about working in a global team with different cultures
－Experienced in team management and coordination
－Hands-on in project delivery, including technical design, system build, testing, QA and deployment.
