-For our Industry Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a I CS SFAE Maintenance Technology Engineer西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司 维护技术工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

-Systematic benchmarking with worldwide Siemens maintenance projects

-Organize workshops to evaluate improvements regarding condition monitoring as applicable

-Proactively provide recommendations regarding maintenance improvement measures

-Run statistical and technical analysis regarding the work performed, providing feedback back to BBAC.

-Support in case of major breakdowns (Root Cause Failure Analysis - RCFA)

-Analyze critical failures to identify root causes for corrective actions

-Proactively provide recommendations to improve maintenance plans and strategies

-Decide and implement maintenance improvement measures

-Drive Reliability Maintenance Improvement

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

-Good knowledge and experience on RCFA & FMEA and problem solving skills

-Minimum 3 years of work experience in failure analysis and maintenance reliability

-At least 5 years experience on maintenance function, preferably in multi-national company

-Good oral and written communication capability in Mandarin and English
