岗位职责：

1、根据产品设计或需求文档，制定测试计划，设计测试路径和测试用例；
2、有效地执行测试用例，提交测试报告；
3、对测试结果进行总结及统计分析，对产品提出改进建议；
4、协助开发人员进行问题重现；
5、跟踪测试结果，对修改后的产品版本进行验证；
6、协助部门经理，在质量体系大框架下，建立、改进涉及产品质量控制的流程；
7、协助部门经理，监督、检查各个部门质量控制流程的执行情况。

任职要求：

1、通信或自动化测试相关专业本科以上学历；
2、三年以上产品测试经验，熟悉测试流程和方法，了解或熟悉ISO9001质量体系；
3、良好的学习和沟通能力；
4、有射频仪表使用经验者优先。
