任职要求：
1、电磁兼容/电磁场与微波技术/通信工程等相关专业本科以上毕业；
2、工作经验，本科毕业5年以上，硕士毕业3年以上；
3、熟悉电磁兼容测试标准、测试设备、测试系统以及射频微波测试原理、方法；
4、有较强的交流、沟通能力和写作能力；
5、熟悉电磁场仿真技术和射频微波基础，以及通信原理；
6、熟练使用英文进行交流及读写；
7、有电磁兼容实验室工作经验和军工研究所等工作背景优先考虑。

岗位职责：
1、作为整个部门的技术专家，为整个部门提供相关的技术支持；
2、对各类测试技术、测试产品进行预先研究；
3、确保各类测试系统及产品技术可行；
4、持续跟踪技术以及标准的发展。
