Job Description岗位职责：
1.Safety 安全方面
a.Make the 2nd level’s training of new comers, Follow 3rd level training for new comer and the operators who change the position, make, update, train safety instruction.
对新入职员工做二级的培训，跟踪新员工及换岗员工的三级培训和其他特定的主题培训,并建立归档，组织制定或更改相应的安全操作规程及培训
b. Make the inspection、permit、supervise of high risk work contractor, such as the hot work permit, work high above the ground to keep mini safety requirement etc.;
对高风险的工作和承包商做检查,许可和监督,如动火工作许可,高空作业许可等；
c. Do the daily inspection in the workshop, do the record of the unsafe behaviors、unsafe conditions follow the modification;
在车间做日常检查，对不安全行为和不安全条件做记录并追踪修订；
d. Investigate and analysis, record the incident and near miss , follow up and verify the corrective action;
调查分析记录事故和事故隐患,推进纠正预防措施的落实和验证；
e. Others safety job
其他安全方面的工作

2.Environment 环境方面
a. Sort garbage well and handle the waste well;
垃圾分类，协调并实施废物处理；
b. Assist the supplier the HSE manager do the environment measurement;
协助供应商和公司HSE经理做环境测量；
c. Others environment related;
其他关于环境方面的工作。

3. Health 健康方面
a. Coordinate the operator occupational health medical check;
按要求对员工进行入职及离厂体检，根据岗位要求对车间员工进行年度或其他相关体检
b. Build up the worker’s health archive and follow; 建立工人健康档案并跟踪员工的职业健康状况；
c. Do the occupational hazardous measurement;
对职业危害进行检测；
d. Do the PPE usage monitor daily inspection; PPE使用监控和日常检查

4. Others 其它
a. Learn other roll workshops best practice and share the best practice within organization, 学习并分享其他辊子车间HSE方面好的安全
b. Other arranged related job，其他安排的相关工作

Job Requirement 岗位要求：
1.the college diploma, the professional is better about the safety engineering mechanical automatic electrical chemical.
本科及以上学历要求，具有机械，化工专业，环境工程、安全工程专业教育背景者优先考虑

2.Should have broad knowledge of corporate, industry, local international HSE principles, standards & ISO14001 & OHSAS18001.
熟练掌握的工业HSE管理知识，熟悉当地和国际HSE管理准则、以及ISO14001 & OHSAS18001体系
3.Be familiar with related law and regulation
熟悉相关的法律法规
4.Good English skill ( writing speaking ) Good computer skill (Excel, Words, PowerPoint) ;
良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练运用各类常用的电脑办公软件
