BASIC FUNCTION

Responsibility for the implementation of purchasing strategy on cost control, new supplier introduction, supply base management and improvement on quality and cost.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY

• To be responsible for purchasing materials,quotation, price negotiation,sign contract and commercial term etc.
• To be responsible for collecting vendor information and creating vendor file,auditing the production ability, evaluation of supplier, offering feedback, checking corrective action and visiting their factories if necessary.
• To be responsible for RFQ,tooling PO and follow up the schedule of tooling and samples.
• To be responsible for the capability of supplier and make sure supplier to meet CKY production schedule.
• To cooperate with DE,SQE to compete the engineering change and new design development.
• To give suggestion on the share between suppliers
• To lead and coordinate with supplier and get the supply details, express our company production, sale, technique information to improve the cooperation.
• To collect market information and analyse market trend to put forward the optimum purchasing strategy in order to reduce cost.
• To lead the regular supplier performance evaluation and list the unsatisfactory supplier, then put forward action plan.
• To assist buyer to handle the delivery issue.
• To complete the related report and forms.
• Keep contact with supplier and deal with all the reported issue from supplier

RELATIONSHIP AND CONTACTS

INTERNAL:

· To report to purchasing supervisor.

· To be closer cooperation with all business departments.

EXTERNAL:

· To have business with supplier.

· To collect and send information by the E-Business Platform.

· To contact supplier if it is necessary.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENT

Experience

·5 years relevant experience

·Innovation

·Knowledge of Quality system ISO9001/TS16949,PPAP and contract laws etc.

·Be sensitive insight for market ,equipment and material; Having knowledge of evaluation and analyse on cost.

·Be familiar with Microsoft office

·Must be good at Chinese mandarin.

·Having responsibility and ability to coordinate.

· Be passion ,good team-work and honesty.

·Be good at communication and negotiation.

Education

·Bachelor degree major with mechanical engineering or related major

·Must be good at in both written and spoken.

具体职责：
1．负责物料开发及外协采购产品供应商的选择、询价、议价、价格申请等；
2．负责供应商资质资料收集、整理、提报并建立供应商档案，在供应商的获取资格过程中扮演主导角色，保持有效反应以及与供应商进行回馈交流，检查供应商的纠正行为，包括咋必要情况下的亲自现场审查；
3．新产品首次采购前，供应商的产品认证，资料集供货手续的完善，前期开发过程问题的解决；根据材料价格的变化和供应商协商确定产品的采购初步价格；
4．接待供应商来访，了解供货过程的详细情况，同时传达公司的生产、销售、技术等信息，增强供应商对科勒公司的合作信心；
5．负责根据公司的需求预测和市场行情定期编制新的价格调整目标计划；
6．收集市场信息，定期汇总、分析市场行情变化趋势，提出最佳采购对策，降低采购成本的建议；
7．定期对供应商的绩效评估，并分析考评结果，编制优选供应商名录以及不良供应商名录；
8．协助采购室处理厂家供货上的所有问题；
9. 与供应商保持联系，处理供应商的所有报告；

任职要求：
1. 机械类工程专业专业本科以上；
2. 英语水平：良好；
3. 4年以上采购工程师工作经验；
4. 熟练掌握以下内容：质量体系ISO9001/TS16949、PPAP、合同法等等；

5. 在商务谈判及降价管理上有丰富的经验
5. 积极进取，责任心强，思维沟通能力较强；
6. 高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神，诚实守信；
7. 对市场，设备，材料有敏感的洞察力，对成本有评估和分析能力；
