BASIC FUNCTION:
Under the guidance of the quality policy and quality objectives, estimate qualification of suppliers, supervise and evaluate the choosing of suppliers and their quality, develop supplier base, assist them to improve the quality of their products to meet our quality requirements.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and improve the quality of supplier base and insure their products can meet requirements.
2. Be responsible for customers’ complaint and statistics, analysis and improvement of the products quality.
3. Be responsible for the evaluation and corrective action of the non-conformance and follow up the effects.
4. Make audit plan and be responsible for suppliers’ facilities and put forward the auditing report.
5. Control non-conformance of the receiving parts and insure to dispose the non-conformance according to correlative program files.
6. Supervise and follow up the quality of products and production process. Go on-site audit if necessary.
7. Compile files of suppliers, make statistics and assess suppliers’ quality and performance.
8. Keep PPAP documentations and quality files of early stage.
9. Control the rejects of the receiving products; ensure the implement of operation instructions.
10. Manage the APQP and audit the PPAP of the suppliers.
11. Train the suppliers.
12. Monitor and follow the quality controlling of the supplier.
13. Establish the documents of the suppliers and evaluate their quality performance.
14. Save the APQP and the relevant quality files of the suppliers.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree with major in machinery, automobile, engine, mold or correlative specialties.
2. At least three experience in supplier quality management.
3. Be familiar with ISO 9000, TS16949 and other quality systems.
4. Keep good communication with technical and manufacture department.
5. Skilled in English reading, writing, listening and speaking.

9.负责控制接收不良品，确保操作指令的实现；

10.负责管理质量先期计划，审核供应商的生产件批准程序；

11.负责培训供应商；

12.负责监控和跟踪供应商的质量控制；

13.建立供应商文档，评估他们的质量性能；

14.保存供应商的质量先期计划及相关质量文件。

任职资格

1．本科及以上学历，主修机械、汽车、发动机、模具或相关专业；

2．3年以上供应商开发及改进管理；

3．熟悉ISO9000、TS16949质量管理系统，以及APQP、PPAP、MSA、SPC、FMEA等工具；

4．具有高效的人际沟通能力；

5．英语听、说、读、写熟练。
