Job Description:
1, Deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in process capability, productivity and business processes to reduce defects and attain world-class levels of quality；
2, Work with functional, site to complete projects using six sigma statistical methodologies to drive standardization, stability, and simplification in processes； 3, Apply lean six sigma tools and methodologies to drive significant business impact；
4, Apply lean six sigma tools to improve process capability and eliminate defects；
5, Identify potential process improvement projects with site leaders；
6, Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams；
7, Facilitate, train, and coach team members in the use of six sigma tools；
8, Serve as a recognized expert to facilitate problem solving, workouts, and provide statistical and analytical expertise and training as required；
9, Local resource for site GB projects coaching and instruction。

Key Requirements:
1, Educational background: university degree major in engineering or equivalent;
2, Black belt or green belt certified ;
3, Six years or more of manufacturing experience in process, product or improvement activities ;
4, Two years working experience with strong statistics/DMAIC background
5, Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
6, Proven success in driving and completing six sigma projects;
7, Good project management, mentoring and coaching skills;
8, Proven facilitation, presentation, communication and team skills;
9, Ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization.
