Purpose of the job
- To lead commercial team and work closely with sales, finance and operation teams and give support to sales representatives and deliver service to customers.
Main areas of responsibility
- Be responsible for the overall processing of sales order, improve the work- flow
- Be in charge of team training and daily management
- Coach, lead and supervise the team member and ensure the quality and efficiency of service
- Assist on customer claim
Requirement
- Commercial knowledge and experience on SAP/ ERP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 5 years experience on similar field meanwhile 3 years on team leader position
- Customer Satisfaction Oriented
