Job Description: Assistant of Vice General Manager

Tradeland Co., Ltd., a wholly foreign-owned SME is hiring an Assistant whom works under Vice General Manager’s instruction and also take into account the daily work of Sourcing Department in Shanghai office.

Reporting to: Vice GM

Salary: commensurate with experience

Hours: 9am – 5.30pm

Location: Shanghai, China

Responsibilities:

？ Assists the Vice GM’s work by providing strategy recommendations

？ Accompanies the Vice GM to business negotiations in a professional manner during business meetings

？ Prepares and delivers presentations and proposals to demonstrate the value of our solutions

？ Orgainze the Vice GM’s business schedule

？ Maintains an extensive knowledge of current market conditions

？ Carries out extensive market research in a variety of sectors in order to evaluate the potential of incoming enquiries

？ Undertakes executive-level engagement with targeted enterprise customers to define business and technology project requirements

？ Screens sourcing business by estimating partners’ needs and goals, and by analyzing deal requirements

？ Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge as well as complete understanding of pricing and proposal models

？ Communicates regularly and effectively

？ Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential

Skills:

？ Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin Chinese, including strong presentation skills

？ Analytical thinking, rational mindset, associative thinking skills

？ Proactive, resourceful person

？ Quick learner, at ease with picking up technical knowledge

？ Ability and readiness to learn and develop on the job, regularly updating knowledge-base

？ Ability to generate ideas and solutions, capable of hands-on problem-solving

？ Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail

？ Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks

？ Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual

Qualifications:

？ College and Master’s degree in economics, trading.

？ Three or more years proven experience in the sales and marketing of complex solutions.

？ With the spirit of cooperation is a must

？ Ability to translate and interpret Chinese/English in a professional manner is a must
