JD:

1. Utilize extensive knowledge of at least two EHS disciplines to provide advice, support, and technical guidance to management including complex issues/concerns in relationship to the site’s business, compliance with EHS legislation, and the maintenance of the site’s EHS Management System.
2. Coordinate and conduct specialized Environmental, Health and/or safety audits and inspections of premises and operations in conjunction with others to monitor performance and assist the relevant line management to produce action plans to implement the necessary improvements.
3. Promote the active management of two or more aspects of Environment, Health and/or Safety through the identification of hazards, evaluation of solutions and residual risk, and prioritized management action.
4. Facilitate and manage EHS committee and other ad hoc groups within the site.
5.Provide subject specific EHS related training as required by legislation, and identified for the promotion of high standards of EHS management on the site such as electrical, confined spaces. Etc.
6.Assist site with the development of strategic EHS initiatives and coordinate/drive the necessary tactical resources/elements to ensure a successful implementation.

Qulification:
1. Strong PC skills and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
2. Be able to work in a team environment but also make individual contributions.
3. Clear understanding of root cause analysis and appropriate corrective action planning.
4.Be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
5. Able to write and speak fluent English and Chinese
