General Summary Statement

The position’s primary responsibility is to prepare regional profit and pricing update and regular monthly FCAP financial reporting under the instruction of FMCC financial team. This position will also take a leading role in planning the regional cost allocations, coordinating and preparing reports for the region. In addition, this position also handles special analytical work and ad-hoc projects requested by local, regional and Dearborn offices.

Key Duties

- Lead in understanding the regional reporting requirement, coordinate and prepare monthly regional reports;

- Compile monthly actual financial results and compare with Budget and Forecast for the region;

- Analyze new project, product, and marketing program financial impact;

- Assist developing and updating product pricing models and forecast models;

- Assist developing and updating weekly regional BPR package;

- Help prepare the analysis and reporting requested by management;

- Coordinate regular regional submission, including Month-end close, Forecast/Budget/BP in GFAS, Variance Analysis and Quarterly CaR &10-Q to support corporate earnings announcement;

- Budget control for regional office;

- Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business;

Requirements

- Good understanding of financial analysis tools and methodologies. Strong quantitative & analytical skills.Good knowledge of Balance Sheet and Income Statement; Strong PC software skills to do spreadsheet analysis. Good communication skills. Ability to lead a project and coach others. Fluent in English;

- University graduated or MBA degree with Finance, Accounting, Banking or Business major.

- 2 to 3 years working experience in finance fields is preferred;

- Quantitative orientation, strong will to learn and improve, high energy and enthusiasm, and a good team player.
