Responsibilities:

主要职责

The Sales Operations is a member of AJV Sales team. This role will be responsible for Provide first level support to sales function, Support sales operation leader in activities related to drive growth by setting up effective processes to collect & analyze data, Responsible for analyzing sales market data and administering sales VC plans. Provide sales operation support by work with channel and other relative department to ensure business moving forward smoothly.

销售运行是AJV销售团队的一个关键职位, 为销售职能提供直接支持, 负责销售市场数据的分析以及销售浮动奖励计划的管理,协助全国销售总监参与建立驱动业绩增长的有效流程和数据分析收集相关的各项销售活动，与渠道及其它相关职能紧密合作， 支持销售日常运营，确保公司业务正常运营。

Main Responsibilities

1、Set up and update sales operation processes and policies.

建立和维护销售运行流程和制度。

2、Drive order/sales forecast and execution.

驱动订单及销售预测和执行。

3、Build up processes & database to generate management reports.

建立流程和数据库，生成管理报告。

4、Coordinate cross-function teams to resolve customer issues & complaints.

协调跨功能团队解决客户问题和投诉。

5、Support tender process, and issue tender documents as needed.

支持商务投标流程，

6、Build up scorecards for sales and dealer measurement.

建立销售和代理商考核的评分卡。

7、Compile sales handbook.

编辑销售手册

8、Build up project management and record mechanism.

建立项目报备管理机制，项目档案。

Qualifications Required:

人员要求

1、Bachelor degree, Preferable with +2 years’ profound knowledge of international trade, channel management and Trade Compliance

大学本科学历,国际贸易、渠道管理和贸易合规相关背景知识

2、Demonstrated oral and written English communication skills

优秀的英语口头和书面表达能力

3、Strong data analysis，negotiation，interpersonal skill

良好数据分析，谈判及沟通合作能力

4、Ability to work in high stress situations

良好的抗压能力

5、Excellent communication skill; ability to interact effectively with people from different functions;

良好的沟通技巧，与不同部门和人员进行有效沟通

6、Proficient at Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.;

熟练使用办公软件，如Excel,Word,Powerpoint等

7、Detail oriented, committed to deliver the results;

8、Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines;
