Responsibilities 主要职责

-- Monitoring of Service Desk records and analyzes reports, taking preventative action to ensure Service Levels are met across the IT operational group.

--Monitor all ‘High’ and ‘Major’ priority Service Desk issues in China to ensure prompt resolution.
监控中国区内服务台收到的所有“高”和“主要”待优先解决问题，确保及时解决。

--Provide Mandarin telephony and customer facing support for initial fault diagnosis.
对最初的电脑故障诊断提供普通话电话和面向客户的支持。

--Provide first hand system, Software/Hardware diagnostic and record it to incident system.
提供第一手的系统、软件/硬件诊断并记录在事件系统内。

--Installation and configuration of desktop and laptops
安装和配置台式机和笔记本电脑

--General system and network administration
一般系统和网络管理

--Report and interface with the first line Manager and perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT manager
汇报给直线经理，执行IT经理安排的其他工作。

--Implement global instructed IT projects
实施集团安排的IT项目。



Qualification requirements 资格要求

1) Education: 学历/经验
--University Graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
本科毕业，计算机相关专业

--1-2 year IT support experiences
1-2年IT技术支持工作经验

2）Professional Skill 技能

--Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems Windows XP/7/8, windows server 2003/2008
具备Windows XP/7/8, windows server 2003/2008操作系统知识

--Good skill of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
精通MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

--Good knowledge of Computer Hardware/Network devices
熟悉计算机硬件/网络设备

--Experience of printer and copy machines
具备打印机及复印机设置经验

--Ability of computer software/hardware trouble shooting

The business group will maintain its strong core in the forest industry and wants to maintain its global market leadership in the pulp and paper sector. In addition, it will accelerate its expansion into other areas of industrial processes and facilities such as chemicals.

    URBAN & MOBILITY

    As the world is more and more urbanised, the challenge is to ensure that the world is sustainable by providing efficient transportation and green buildings. To meet this converging market, Transportation and Construction Services were merged into a new business group Urban & Mobility. With this integration, Poyry aims to strengthen its ability to respond to the increasing need for solutions driven by population growth and urbanisation, in areas such as urban development, real estate development, transport planning, rail and road infrastructure, construction management and building design using the global platforms of this business group.

    WATER & ENVIRONMENT

    Water is one of the most critical issues facing the world and one that directly impacts health, food and livelihood. Here, too, the world faces huge challenges. The Water & Environment business group will spearhead Poyry's vision to become a leading service provider for the entire water cycle and to mitigate environmental degradation.

    MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

    The Management Consulting business group was formed by merging the management consulting businesses in the Forest Industry and Energy business groups. They currently employ around 450 management consultants in total. The target is to double the size of the business in about five years and to expand management consulting services into areas that have synergies with the rest of the Poyry group. The business group has a strong link to our engineering as part of the total offering.
