工作职责：
1、负责市场部的投标相关工作的统筹安排（标书制作、投标保证金管理及跟进）；
2、根据招标要求，与相关部门、相关厂家等推动标书制作进度；
3、负责公司销售合同、验收文件、资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作；
4、负责公司项目应收款的催要及相关资料的准备（开具发票、按用户要求准备付款所需资料）；
5、协助部门其他人员做好相关工作；

岗位要求：

1、电子、信息、计算机、经济金融等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、有三年以上相关工作经验（有项目投标经验，熟悉投标流程）；
3、办事细心沉稳，能承受较大的工作压力，具备良好的职业道德和强烈的工作责任心；
4、普通话良好，具备良好的与人沟通能力；
5、性格开朗，具备团体协作精神；
6、对办公软件操作熟练，如WORD、EXCEL、PHOTOSHOP；
