Desired Skills and Expertise:
1.Minimum of 5 years working in a Fabric Mill or Garment manufacturing company as Production or Quality manager.
2.Solid knowledge of Fabric manufacturing process and the problems inside a fabric mill
3.Deep knowledge of Apparel business and brands
4.Major in Textiles,Chemical or apparel related disciplines
5.Mandarin and English language is a must
6.Color Technology and Management is necessary for this post
7.Fabric Control by use of 4 point system is necessary.
8.Textile Texting knowledge is mandatory for this position.

Job Description:
1.Training of all Fabric Vendor Auditors (FVA) and their certification according to our internal Fabric Quality Standard and our clients'requirements.
2.Set up, monitor and improve the Fabric Certification Process and our fabric vendors Quality management system (QMS)
3.Design and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAP) in our fabric vendors'facilities in order to eliminate current deviations to the standard and address risk control measures for deviations that can’t be avoided.
4.Prevent any fabric produced in our designated vendors to be shipped out, if not inside our standards or, without our customers' or garment mills agreement in case can not be avoided.
5.Coordinate between fabric mills and garment mills all approvals, rejections or further actions including all certificates needed for the fabrics inspected by the VCP teams.
