本岗位由某外资银行重庆市分行委托我中心为其招聘。
岗位职责及任职条件
职位：副行长（客户关系方向）
工作地点：重庆

职责：
1. 规划，监督和维护现有和新的账户，实现较高回报
2. 积极的销售和促销银行理财产品和服务
3. 在银行信贷政策下，在合理判断的基础上提出系统性质量承保建议
4. 确保监管银行设备和法律文件的精确度，确保银行向客户发布的信息是合法可行的。

要求：
1. 银行，金融或者会计专业大学毕业
2. 至少10年商贷管理经验
3. 良好的风险评估能力
4. 良好的产品及行业知识
5. 精明的商业才干，以客户为导向
6. 熟悉中国政策和法规
7. 懂得管理员工，激励，引导，培训团队。包括招聘，培训开发团队以确保团队效率
8. 结果导向
9. 有效的沟通和解决问题技能。
Responsibilities

1. To plan, monitor and manage new and existing account relationship in order to optimize return
2. To actively cross sell and promote products and services of the Bank
3. Deliver quality underwriting recommendations based on sound judgment, and a systematic and consistent approach in line with Bank’s credit policies.
4. Ensure the accuracy of the facility’s regulatory administration and legal documentation, prepared for the purpose of ensuring bank’s exposure to client is legitimate and enforceable.


Requirements

5. University graduate with major in Banking, Finance or Accounting.
6. At least 10 years of relationship management experience in commercial lending.
7. Good risk assessment skills.
8. Sound products & industry knowledge.
9. Sharp business & customer focus.
10. Familiar with China policies and regulations.
11. Know how about staff management, motivation, guide and coach, including recruitment, training and development so as to ensure the overall team efficiency.
12. Result driven.
13. Effective communication and problem solving technique.

重庆市外商投资促进中心，是直属于重庆市对外贸易经济委员会的事业单位，是中国国际投资促进会的会员单位、中国对外服务工作行业协会的成员单位和FESCO人力资源服务会员单位。工作职责：宣传重庆投资环境，为计划在重庆设立公司、分支机构的外国企业提供帮助，向寻求海外拓展的国内及重庆本土企业推广海外的投资环境。同时，也为在重庆的外商投资企业及本土企业提供人力资源、国际交流、企业联谊、投诉协调及商务代理、外商生活等全方位服务。
