1. 职责和权限
1） 发展，实施和领导与HPS相一致的工厂精益战略Development, implementation, and direction of the plant Lean Strategy in alignment with HPS.
2） 通过供应商，价值流和客户一同协调，引导和推进精益和持续 改进行动Coordinates, directs and drives Lean and continuous improvement activities with internal suppliers, value streams and customers.
3） 与价值流主管共同制定现阶段与未来的价值路程图并优先考虑实施计划。Works with internal value stream leaders to define current and future state value stream maps and prioritized implementation plans.
4） 负责安排和开展精益活动；确保利用各部门的资源；并向班组成员和班组长提供精益知识培训Responsible for scheduling and leading Lean events; Ensure availability of cross-functional resources; and provides Lean principle training for team members and supports team leaders.
5） 对工厂内的流程进行评估以确定待改进的区域（时间研究分析绩效，标准工作组合表，人机工程学审查）；提出建议；发展和实施计划Evaluates processes within the facility to determine areas for improvement (i.e., performance of time study analysis, standard work combination charts, ergonomic reviews); makes recommendations; and develops and implements plans.
6） 确保符合与精益活动相关的HSE, BOS, Quality 和 TMS的指导方针 Ensures compliance with HSE, BOS, Quality and TMS guidelines in relation to lean events.
7） 对有关技术设备开发，预授予行动和产品推出的计划和行动给予支持Supports plans and activities concerned with technical machine development, pre-award activity and product launches.
8） 准备项目报告并对其进行更新。Prepares project reports and updates.
9） 要参与流程和产品的检查（包括所有新产品推广活动）以此确保符合精益理念，成本，工程原则，公司标准，客户合同要求和相关的指定说明Participates in processes and product reviews (including all new launch activities) to ensure compliance with defined best practice lean approaches, cost, engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
10） 对工厂人员进行精益理念的培训并安排有关精益内容的更新（督导委员会，项目更新，计划活动，资源）Train plant staff in Lean concepts and schedule regular Lean Updates (Steering Committee, project updates, scheduled events, resources required).
11） 负责在工厂内推动HSE的相关工作 Develop the relevant HSE policy to the plant.
12） 定义相关的HSE的标准并给员工做相关培训Define the relevant HSE standard and train the stuff
13） 定期审核车间的HSE情况并跟踪不符合项的关闭Regular HSE audit in Shopfloor and also follow up the progress of non-confirming activities
14） 对相关的HSE的报告和审核负责Responsible for HSE relevant report and audit


招聘条件
职位要求CRITICAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
1） 工程或相关专业本科或以上学历并具备在制造或相关行业2到5年的工作经验Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent and two to five years experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent experience.
2） 具备精益工作经验的优先Working knowledge and experience in use of Lean principles and tools preferred.
3） 有6西格玛工作经验的优先Working knowledge and experience in use of Six Sigma principles and tools preferred
4） 良好的沟通技能及优秀的英语听说读写能力Excellent communication skills, oral and written (English).
5） 能够应用解决问题工具Disciplined in the application of problem solving tools.
6） 熟练操作标准办公软件Proficient in computer usage of standard office software
7） 能够有效的在工作中手把手的培训员工。Ability to effectively train in a hands-on environment.
8） 能够快速有效的完成项目Self-driven to complete projects quickly and cost-effectively.
9） 具备晋升能力的优先High potential for advancement in the organization preferred
