岗位职责：

Job Responsibilities:

全面负责供应商质量管理；

Lead SQE team and push supplier to improve quality;

审核和评估供应商；

Audit and evaluate supplier;

负责供应商质量绩效评审，提升供应商关键制程能力；

Monitor supplier performance; improve supplier key process capabilities;

需要时协助SQE确认供应商质量问题，找出根本原因，推动供应商进行改善；

Support SQE to identify supplier quality issue, find out root cause and push supplier to correct when necessary;

确保供应商质量问题不影响公司的生产运营；

Ensure company’s manufacturing suffers no disruption and quality spill from supplier;

负责达成供应商质量管理的工作目标；

Responsible for achievement of SQE target;

任职要求：

Requirement:

本科以上学历，工程机械类优先；

Bachelor degree above, majors in Machinery and Engineering preferred;

5年以上汽车行业供应商质量管理经验，必须有汽车内饰产品经验；

Above 5 years' supplier quality management experience in automobile industry, experience of similar product is a must;

熟悉质量体系，质量管理工具和质量控制方法；

Be familiar with quality system, quality management tool and quality control methods;

优秀的沟通、谈判和协调能力；

Excellence skills in communication, negotiation and coordination;

英语流利；

Proficiency in English;

为人正直，良好的职业操守；

Good profession integrity;
