Design, Vision and Scope, Strategy and Technical Documents
-Candidates must have an understanding of customer and partner business and IT environment, and have demonstrated skills designing and developing/migrating technology in area(s) of specialization to solve business problems.
-Participates in the delivery of complex solution as technical individual contributor or as a team member under coaching/guidance of senior team members.
-Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle methodology
-Ability to understand and analyze issues and uses judgment to make decisions.
-Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills
-Strong communication skills
-Technical design, development and implementation decisions on the use of technology in area(s) of specialization.
-Ability to read, interpret and/or develop/migrate Technical specifications, diagrams and database schema
-Validate code on customer’s system and educate customer’s team on applying the code.
-Work with Leads to map solution and technical information to customer’s context.
-Work with Leads on areas of local prototype, or proof of concept, to test solution.
-Write or modify programming code to suit customer’s needs.
-Unit test to assure meets requirements, including integration test as needed.
-Responsible for self-development according to professional development plan
-Reports to PDRM/ PD in the region
-Areas of Expertise
-NET Tools and Technologies - experience of leveraging the same and designing, implementing and deploying Line of Business Applications.
-Databases: Database skills for SQL Server Development and/or SQL Reporting services
-Experience with migration tools, their impacts and customizations around the tool development
-Expertise with any Migration project will be an additional advantage
Educational Qualification:
-Must have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience. Higher relevant education preferred.
-Highly proficient & solid Customer facing Project experience involving solution design, project envisioning, planning, development/migration and deployment in one of the areas mentioned in Section II
-Must have a proven record of delivering technical solutions
-At least 7-10 years of related technology experience
-Having a MCSD/MCSE//MCAD/PMP certification is a plus.
Must Have:
The candidate should have had prior experience in working in a multi-cultural environment with proven experience in multi-country pre-sales and project delivery along with experience in working with offshore teams.
Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
