JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for a self-motivated professional, who can work independently and has background in Quality management of Software Projects and service delivery of complex engagements or an equivalent combination of education and proven work history. At least 10 years of experience.
The role is required to set up project management and process governance for all projects being executed from CDC, Chongqing. The core activities include:
-Conducting project reviews and identify process non-conformances and recommendations for fixing these
-Drive adoption of delivery processes meeting CMMI & ISO 27001 requirements
-Interface with functions internal and external to CDC to obtain acceptance of delivery approach. Some of these functions include; TQA, PRC PMx and SQA
-Drive management reviews and present impartial viewpoint about project/portfolio health
-Conduct risk assessment on new opportunities during pre-sales cycle and drive go-no go decisions
-Identify and implement process improvements/customizations for CDC
-Work with SEPG function to drive CDC towards CMMI L3 and ISO 27001 certifications



Technical / Functional Skills
-Expertise in Project Management Essentials (planning, controlling, managing projects), contracting and deal structuring of complex engagements. Strong management skills and ability to work with multiple remote teams.
-Hands-on experience in PMO or Quality Assurance/Delivery Excellence activities
-Thorough knowledge in defining and implementing process frameworks
-At least one major change management implementation experience, cutting across the group
-Strong capabilities in Metrics management
-One or more of the below or equivalent certifications
- PMP
- ITIL foundation
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Certified Scrum Master
- CSQA
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
Knowledge of CMMI model and ISO 27001 standard is desirable
